Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up for a class? Signing up is easy. Click the "Sign Up!" link at the top of the page to view our upcoming classes.
When are classes held? For available classes please email Teta Smith at tetasmith@me.com.
Are seats reserved? Yes, we have your easel set up for you before you arrive for class. If you have friends coming with you, you can let us know when you book the class how many seats you'll need together. Or you can send us an email tetasmith@me.com
Please give us 24 hours notice to accommodate you.
What does a class cost? Classes last 2 hours and cost $40 per painter and include all your supplies.
Why an art gallery? We surround you with the talent of real working artists! We think it will inspire you in creating art of your very own.
Feel free to browse before and after class - you may find a piece you can't live without!
What time should I arrive? We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before class starts to allow set up and mingle time before the painting starts.
What is your cancellation policy? Party with PAINT!'s cancellation policy is as follows:
What do I need to bring to a class? We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and apron for the class. All you need to bring are any drinks and/or appetizers you might want during the class. We provide cups, corkscrews, and ice buckets plus we have plates, napkins, and plastic ware on hand.
I've never painted before - will I be able to finish the painting? Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the painting process and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your piece by the end of class. Acrylic paint dries quickly, making "mistakes" easy to fix.
What should I wear? You can come dressed casually or you can dress up! We will provide you with an apron but people can become quite enthused with creating art, so consider wearing something you can get paint on.
Can I bring something other than wine? How can I keep the wine chilled? You can bring wine, beer, or liquor to Party with PAINT! There will be a cooler to put white wine in during the class. We do expect all painters to be responsible with alcohol on and off the premises.
Is there an age limit for regular classes? Yes, our paint parties are BYOB art entertainment. Public classes have the following requirements:
-13 to 17 years old with an adult
-18 years old and up
Painters need to be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.
Can we bring food? Yes, feel free to bring in snacks.
Do you book private parties? You bet! We can accommodate up to 20 people or larger, with advance notice. Go here for more information.
Will my painting be dry by the end of the night? Yes, we have hair dryers on hand for you to use to make sure your piece is dry before you leave.
